Cancelling a subscription

You never need to contact us to cancel, and we will never make you ask. Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select the app and tap Cancel Subscription

You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you believe you were charged in error, Apple handles refunds directly at reportaproblem.apple.com, and we will help if you get stuck.

Restoring a purchase

If you have reinstalled an app or moved to a new device, open the app's settings and choose Restore Purchases. Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account, not to the device.

Your data

These apps keep your content on your device and send nothing to us. That means we cannot recover data from a deleted app, and it also means we never had it. Each app's privacy policy sets out exactly what it does.
