Help with Prayer in Hand

Include your device model, iOS version and what happened. You do not need to share your prayers or private notes.

Restore a purchase

Use the same Apple Account you purchased with, open Personal Rule in the app, and choose Restore Purchases. An internet connection is needed to check purchases with Apple.

Cancel an annual subscription

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Prayer in Hand and cancel the subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The lifetime option has no renewal.

Offline use and device changes

The prayer content works offline. Prayer history, schedules and notes are stored locally, without app-operated cloud sync. Preserve anything you need before removing the app; there is no in-app export tool. Apple’s device backup may include local data when enabled.
