Porkchop Platoon

Terms of Service

Last updated July 28, 2026

1. What you are agreeing to

By installing or playing Porkchop Platoon ("the game") you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install the game. The game is published by Opsibyte.

2. Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may not sell, rent, redistribute or sublicense it, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify it except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Cost

The game is free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising. Nothing in the game will ever ask you for money.

4. Ownership

The game, including its code, artwork, characters, names and audio, is original work owned by Opsibyte and protected by copyright. These terms grant you a licence to play it, not any ownership of it.

5. Multiplayer conduct

Optional multiplayer is provided through Apple's Game Center and is also subject to Apple's own terms. Do not use it to harass other players or to interfere with their use of the service.

6. No warranty

The game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opsibyte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, including lost data or lost progress. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Apple

These terms are between you and Opsibyte, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, the Apple terms take precedence. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated, and the current version will always be at this address with its date shown above. They are governed by the laws of France, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
